- Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM) desirable

Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic change projects across the business
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria with stakeholders
- Align and engage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain governance through RAID logs and senior-level reporting
- Coordinate resources to match delivery needs and timelines
- Identify risks and drive resolution through structured problem-solving
- Track benefits realisation and validate outcomes against strategic goals
- Support change adoption through training, communications, and readiness planning
- Cut through ambiguity to define scope, goals, and success metrics
- Orchestrate systems, processes, people, and product rollouts simultaneously
- Manage resistance and foster buy-in across the organisation
- Balance speed with stability to protect BAU operations during transformation
