About the role: 

Are you ready to provide practical and commercial legal advice in a dynamic environment? As a Legal Counsel at Onecom, you'll work closely with our legal team to support the business with varied legal enquiries, contract management, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities: 

• Act as the first point of contact for varied legal enquiries from the business
• Advise internally and instruct external counsel
• Manage legal matters and projects
• Review, amend, and negotiate contracts with third parties
• Draft sales contracts, NDAs, and various other agreements
• Maintain and update standard legal documents
• Manage the contract process through to completion
• Maintain corporate records and handle Companies House filings
• Keep up to date with upcoming legal and regulatory changes
• Advise the business on regulatory and compliance matters
• Update company documentation
