About the role: Business Analyst FTC Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Analyst on a 6 month fixed-term contract.

• Proven experience working in a Business Analyst role
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to collect, organise, and analyse significant data sets
• Demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear documentation and actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills, confident building relationships with stakeholders of all levels
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem solving
• Comfortable working on multiple projects with shifting priorities
• Proficient in data visualisation and reporting tools (such as Excel, Power BI, or similar)
• Collaborative team player committed to supporting business objectives

Key responsibilities: 

• Business Process Improvement & Data Analysis
• Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and system requirements
• Analyse and map existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements
• Prepare clear business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and process flows
• Support project teams with the delivery of technology and process change initiatives
• Develop and deliver regular reports, dashboards, and business performance insights
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather and share information effectively
• Ensure continuous alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions.
• Promote best practice in data quality, data governance, and documentation standards
