Join our Team as a Talent Acquisition Intern
Location: Gurugram
Length of internship: 6-months
Pay - Monthly Stipend and certificate of internship completion
About the role:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our internal recruitment team sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring every applicant has a positive experience.
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential new hires, helping to shape the future of our business by finding the right cultural fit. If you're organised, personable, and eager to learn, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, people-focussed environment.

Key responsibilities:
- Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system in line with GDPR
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
- Screen applicants via telephone and provide feedback
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling
- Prepare interview kits and assessments for hiring managers
- Support the end-to-end interview process to ensure a seamless experience
- Draft job specifications and adverts
- Engage with recruitment agencies when needed
- Provide recruitment reports and suggest improvements
- Stay up to date with employment law and best practices
- Ensure all internal approvals are in place before advertising roles
- Gather and relay feedback from hiring managers to candidates
- Set up new starters on internal systems and support pre-boarding documentation
