About the role:

As Head of Development, you’ll lead the evolution of our Onecloud application—our customer-facing platform for self-serve capabilities and analytics. You’ll guide a talented development team, shape architectural decisions, and drive continuous improvement across our systems and processes. What makes you a great fit:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Full-Stack Developer with strong front-end and back-end skills
• Expert in Angular, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and .NET (C#)
• Experience with ASP.NET Zero, Google BigQuery, SQL Server, and Postgres
• Skilled in deploying applications via Kubernetes, Cloud Run, and Cloud Functions
• Familiarity with Redis and Elasticsearch for performance optimization
• Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring development teams
• Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable design principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Passionate about UI/UX and delivering intuitive user experiences
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Committed to continuous learning and technical innovation

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support a fast-paced development team, providing coaching and mentorship
• Guide architectural decisions, coding standards, and best practices
• Participate in sprint planning, project estimation, and delivery tracking
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement through tools, processes, and methodologies
• Conduct performance reviews and set clear development goals
• Provide regular updates on development progress and product releases
• Plan and execute out-of-hours deployments to ensure smooth releases
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across the team
• Support onboarding of new products and ensure operational readiness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and support
