About the role:
As a UC & CCaaS Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and integrating Unified Communications (UC) and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solutions – specifically focusing on platforms such as Mitel, Five9, Zoom Phone, and Zoom Contact Centre. You will play a critical role in advising our clients on best-fit communication solutions, demonstrating the solution, ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems including Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, as well as other third-party systems through API development and configuration.
What makes you a great fit:
- Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven experience delivering UC/CCaaS solutions, ideally in a consulting or systems integrator role.
- In-depth hands-on knowledge of Mitel, Zoom and Five9.
- Solid understanding of telephony concepts, SIP, VoIP, and contact centre metrics.
- Experience with integration tools.
- Preferably already hold certification in Zoom Developer Platform, or experience with Zoom SDKs and Five9 Admin or Integration certification.
- Organised and calm under pressure.
- Passionate about continuous learning and staying current with tech trends.
- Empathetic, tactful, and professional in all interactions.
- Reliable team player who shares knowledge and supports others
Key responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Consulting
- Work directly with clients to gather business requirements and design UC & CCaaS solutions.
- Lead discovery sessions to assess integration needs with CRM systems.
- Create solution design documents and functional specifications tailored to client environments.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Support Engineers, Client Directors and Account Managers to ensure the delivery of successful projects.
- Keep up to date with new product features.
- Contribute to internal knowledge base and best practice documents.

- Customer Engagement & Support
- Serve as the technical lead during client engagements, from pre-sales through to deployment and post-implementation review.
- Conduct training workshops and knowledge transfer sessions for customers and internal teams.
- Perform as a technical escalation point and resolve any integration or configuration issues across UC & CCaaS environments
