About the role:
Join Onecom’s growing Data & Analytics function and play a key role in delivering high‑quality insights, reporting, and data products from our Offshore Delivery Hub. In this role, you’ll build KPI analytics, maintain BAU reporting, support acquisition data migrations, and help improve data quality across the business. You’ll work with a strong delivery discipline, produce well‑tested and documented outputs, and collaborate closely with onshore teams to turn data into trusted, actionable insight.
What makes you a great fit:
Strong hands‑on experience with SQL (advanced modelling, performance tuning, window functions, data quality checks) and familiarity with BigQuery
Confident using Python for data transformation, analysis, and automation
Experience building KPI datasets and Power BI reports with clear, accurate metric logic
Comfortable running BAU reporting pipelines with reliability, documentation, and incident triage
Able to support data migrations through profiling, cleansing, deduplication, mapping, and reconciliation
Strong communicator who can clarify requirements, share progress, and produce testable, auditable outputs
Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn new analytics methods and technologies
Degree (or equivalent experience) in data/analytics, computer science, engineering, or a related field
Key responsibilities:
Build and maintain KPI datasets and Power BI reports, ensuring reconciled, single‑version‑of‑truth outputs
Implement robust metric logic and ensure analytics products meet stakeholder needs
Run and improve BAU Finance and Commercial reporting pipelines, including refresh schedules, data checks, incident triage, and documentation
Support month‑end reporting priorities and deliver agreed reporting packs on time
Contribute to acquisition data migrations through profiling, cleansing, deduplication, mapping support, and validation evidence
Produce reconciliation packs (counts, totals) and resolve defects through root‑cause analysis
Write maintainable SQL and Python with peer review, testing, and clear documentation
Follow structured delivery processes including tickets, estimates, release notes, and change control
Contribute to improving engineering standards, reusability, and data quality across the hub
Collaborate with onshore stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and predictable delivery
