New Business Executive

About the role: The New Business Executive (35k OTE) is responsible for generating appointments across the entire portfolio of solutions. Building excellent relationships with future prospects and detailed qualification for leads that meet criteria.

Key Responsibilities • Generating interest with new business prospects along with some existing customers • Telephone based with some cold calling to predominantly small to medium businesses to qualify them on their mobile, fixed line, connectivity and cloud service requirements • Analysis of the customers’ needs and pre-selling the solution • Generating meetings to discuss mobile, fixed line, IT and telephone systems • Making outbound telephone calls, taking inbound calls, sending emails, diary management and pipeline management • Delivery of KPI and targets to include volume and profit • Cleansing and nurturing of data on the company’s database • Working in a target driven, fast paced environment • Complying to Ofcom standards by following a scripted sales pitch and proven sales process
