Providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice that enables business growth while protecting Onecom's interests.
Supporting the management and resolution of customer, supplier, and commercial disputes.
Drafting pre-action correspondence and helping develop commercially sensible dispute resolution strategies.
Advising on intellectual property matters, including trademarks, brand protection, licensing, and ownership rights.
Ensuring appropriate intellectual property provisions are incorporated into commercial agreements.
Supporting company secretarial and corporate governance activities, including board minutes, resolutions, statutory registers, and Companies House filings.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in clear, practical language.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
High standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Experience across technology, telecommunications, managed services, cloud, SaaS, or digital infrastructure sectors.
